The biggest announcement to come out of the Rural Supplier conference in Thomasville last week came not from a business, but from the state. Bradley Byrne, chancellor of Alabama's two-year college system, announced at the Aug. 13 conference a major addition to the dual enrollment program being implemented by Thomasville High School and Alabama Southern Community College.
